Exfoliate before use especially elbows, knees, feet and hands.
Shake well and apply directly to skin or tan mitt, working quickly into skin until fully absorbed.
Chill for 10 minutes before dressing.
Rinse after 1 hour for a golden glow, 2 hours for a medium tan or allow 3-4 hours for a deeper tan.
